OakNorth Selling $400 Million Stake

OakNorth is looking to sell a $400 million stake in the company which is currently held by an investor; FT Partners is reportedly advising on the traction; OakNorth is a well known fintech, serving small and medium sized businesses in the UK; they are backed back a number of investors including SoftBank who led their $440 million round in early 2019; Rishi Khosla recently shared that the company was thriving even during the current crisis and was even considering acquisition targets.
