During the week I share the latest p2p lending news on Twitter as it happens. Then every Saturday I take the most interesting news items and blog posts from the past week and share them here.

From the Lend Academy Forum

The Lend Academy forum is where investors go to discuss p2p lending. Below are some topics that were being discussed this week.

Competing with institutional lenders for notes – One of the most highly discussed topics ever on the forum, this is clearly a hot button issue with retail investors today.

Will margin accounts ever come to P2P? – I have never used a margin account and don’t condone this kind of investing but it is an interesting discussion nonetheless.

Auto Investing/ NSRP/ and beating the Institutions – A discussion about NSR Premium and automated investing through the API at Prosper.
