App Failure Leaves Revolut Customers Hanging

Just a month after receiving their long anticipated banking license, digital bank Revolut recently experienced an app failure that left customers who lacked an alternative banking service hanging. The bank took to Twitter to assure customers that the app failure was not due to a hack and services would be back up shortly. Several hours later, Revolut announced that everything was back to normal. The company said the PR team would produce a report regarding the failure. Source.
