dv01 shared they have raised a $15 million Series B round led by Pivot Investment Partners and included George Soros’s Quantum Strategic Partners, Jefferies, OCA Ventures and Regions Financial; the company now is valued between $80 and $120 million according to sources; Regions joined the round in order to help dv01 expand offerings to midsize lenders; the data management and analytics company began analyzing data from companies like LendingClub and Prosper but recently expanded into mortgage securitization; Founder Perry Rahbar stated, “It was the perfect time to raise this money. The one thing we always had to prove to the investor community was the applicability of what we’re doing beyond online lending. Last year we broke into mortgages, so now it’s time to fuel our growth.” Source
