As financial services continues to become more digital there are a number of lessons they can take from leading companies like Amazon and Uber; writing in Business Insider Bruce Lowthers, the co-chief operating officer at financial technology services provider FIS, talks about the top 4; become customer experience obsessed because user, especially younger one’s, are used to tailored experiences and finial services need to match this; make the experience to seamless it feels invisible; worry about changes you can control, don’t waste time on things you can’t; data is the key, understanding the data and what it means will help the institution to better serve their customers.
