The new instant transfer is made possible through a partnership with JP Morgan Chase which allows PayPal to access the Real Time Payments network from The Clearing House; the feature is rolling out to customers in the US and will be available to businesses within weeks and an international expansion is expected in the future; the feature will also be rolled out to Venmo users eventually.
