The LendIt team is excited to return to China for our second annual Lang Di Fintech conference on July 15 -16 in Shanghai and our fourth annual China Executive Tour from July 8-17. The tour will start with some fun in Macau, move to Hong Kong for our Investor Summit with AMTD, then onto Beijing for three days of meetings, and finally end in Shanghai for the conference itself.

The Second Annual Lang Di Fintech Conference in Shanghai

In China, the LendIt Conference is called Lang Di Fintech and it is the largest fintech event in the country. Similar to other LendIt events in the USA and Europe, Lang Di Fintech will be a key forum for the leading global fintech companies to meet, learn, share experiences, and build partnerships. We expect over 2,000 attendees comprised of entrepreneurs, investors, regulators, service providers, researchers and media from the US, Europe and China.

Lang Di Fintech will cover a broad spectrum of fintech topics with a special emphasis on technology and financial inclusion. We will have six broad categories, which include fintech technology, blockchain, lending, banking & technology, financial inclusion, and Asia Pacific Fintech outside of China. We will have specific panels on technology like artificial intelligence, biometrics and cybersecurity.

Lang Di Fintech will feature more than 50 Western speakers including government leaders and executives from leading financial services firms. As always, simultaneous translation is provided for all guests at our event.

The Fourth Annual LendIt China Executive Tour

For people who are seeking capital, cross-border partnerships, or who want a truly immersive experience into the Chinese fintech sector, LendIt is producing the fourth annual China Executive Tour that includes three of the most important financial centers in all of Asia: Hong Kong, Beijing and Shanghai. Along with the serious business of building overseas connections, we also include cultural activities in the agenda, including a fun-filled experience in Macau and a visit to the Great Wall of China.

Tour participants will meet with wealth management firms, family offices, investment banks, securities firms, venture capitalists, private equity investors, credit managers, and many of the leading companies in China’s booming fintech industry. Past stops have included Alibaba’s Ant Financial, Tencent WeBank, Dianrong, Lufax, and CreditEase. We design an immersive experience to provide tour participants a genuine introduction to the fintech community in China. The LendIt China Executive Tour is truly a unique experience! We welcome repeat guests every year, so please book soon to secure your spot.

China is the largest fintech market in the world and it is quickly becoming the most important. China is already shaping the future of fintech, and is becoming a major force in the development of Western markets. Leading fintech executives from all over the world are taking note of what Chinese leaders are doing to innovate in this fast-changing sector. LendIt provides a bridge between China and the rest of the world, and an easy way to learn from and connect with the most important country in our industry.

Registration for Lang Di Fintech and the LendIt China Executive Tour is now open on the LendIt China website. If you are interested in being a speaker at the conference please submit an application form here.
