Vanguard already has a more hybrid offering which was paired with human advisors but is now launching a digital only offering; the new offering is called Vanguard Digital Advisor and allows users to add connected accounts at other financial institutions; the product is currently in the test and development process according to a Vanguard spokesperson; they are now broadening access to the pilot program in order to get more user feedback with a full public launch expected later this year; Digital Advisor requires a $3,000 minimum investment and Vanguard charges a 0.15% management fee.
