Yapily Raises $13 Million Series A

Yapily offers an open banking API that serves all sorts of enterprises including financial service providers, merchants, accountancy firms, payments firms, cryptocurrency companies and more; it allows these customers to connect to banks; according to TechCrunch the company counts companies in the Fortune 500 as customers including QuickBooks; Lakestar, who has also invested in Revolut led the round which also included participation from HV Holtzbrinck Ventures, and LocalGlobe; the company was founded by ex-Goldman Sachs employee Stefano Vaccino back in mid 2017; Yapily last raised a $5.4 million seed round in May 2019.
