Atom Bank has launched a new mortgage product for first time buyers; the loan to value range on the new product is from 80 to 95 percent; rates start at 2.24 percent with a range of two, three and five year fixed rates; “These deals will be attractive to first-time buyers who want to get onto the property ladder – it’s hard enough to find the money for your first home and we know that taking away fees and giving cash-back helps,” said Maria Harris, director of intermediary lending at Atom, to AltFi; Atom also offers free valuation and cash back.
