Monzo, Revolut and Starling Make Changes Amid Potential Lockdown

Many staff members at the challenger banks are working from home with Starling and Revolut opting to split staff between the office and working from home; workers work from home between one and two weeks during alternate periods; Monzo ran a rehearsal earlier this year to make sure they were prepared for an entire staff quarantine; the banks are also allowing employees to self-isolate; Starling has also banned travel between their offices and Revolut has banned all business travel globally; City A.M. shares more on the strategies of each bank.
