Dusten Salinas

Dusten Salinas has over 20 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Dusten has served as the CTO at Financial Finesse since 2016, overseeing technological innovations to the company’s platform. In 2017, he founded and became the CEO of Organtik, a startup focused on vision exploration, collaboration, and creation. Prior to that, Dusten was the Practice Area Lead at Slalom Consulting, as well as Senior VP of Engineering at Viddy, Inc. and Solutions Architect at The Spitfire Group. He began his career as a Software Engineer at ProNet in 1997. Dusten received his bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering & computer science at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
