It is not often we hear from Cadre which is an investment platform for real estate; Allen Smith was previously the CEO of Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts and is now joining Cadre as president; Smith also previously served as the CEO of Prudential Real Estate Investors; Ryan Williams, CEO for Cadre has long been able to attract big names to his fintech company; he secured a $250 million credit line with the investment operation of George Soros and has investors such as Peter Thiel, Mark Cuban and Vinod Khosla; Jared Kushner, senior advisor to President Donald Trump co-founded Cadre with Ryan Williams and still has an equity stake in the business; according to Forbes Cadre closed $1 billion in transactions last year.
