River Valley Bank is a $1.3 billion community bank based in Wisconsin and Michigan and they launched a new online banking division they named IncredibleBank; the strategic decision was made to create a separate brand for the new unit using a different name to avoid cannibalizing brick-and-mortar customers; this new division is now ranked as one of the top 10 online banks nationally; they are the only digital-first bank offering loans for luxury RVs; in September 2018 they launched an SBA division for both the online bank as well as the legacy bank.
