UK based online real estate lender LendInvest has securitized $328mn of UK prime Buy-to-Let mortgage loans; Christian Faes, Co-Founder and CEO of LendInvest tells AltFi, “This securitization provides us with funding that is cheaper than if we were a small deposit-taking bank, and proves out our business model and its scalability.”; 83 percent of the deal was rated AAA by both Moody’s and Fitch and the senior tranche was priced at 130bps over the Sterling Overnight Index Average.
