Citizens Financial Looks to Launch Online Only Bank

In a bid to boost their deposit base Citizens Financial is planning to launch a online only bank; the new bank will be named Citizens Access and will help to fund offerings like student loan refinancing and home equity loans; the move is part of a wider trend in the banking industry as other banks like JPMorgan Chase, PNC and BBVA have all launched online brands.
