Digital Sales Slow at Bank of America
Back in June of 2018 Bank of America set an ambitious goal for digital sales as Dean Athanasia, president of consumer & small business announced they would like to reach 50% over the next couple of years from digital channels. Based on last quarter’s performance (Q4, 2018) that goal may have been a bit too ambitious as the bank recently announced it recorded only 27% of its consumer banking sales from digital. Source.
