Revolut CEO Says UK Needs Specialized Tech Visas

The CEO of Revolut, Nikolay Storonsky, has called on the UK government to create specialized visas for technology professionals as the Brexit deadline looms; Storonsky still believes that London is the best city to start and build a fintech business but the technology talent coming into the UK is under threat from Brexit; there is not enough homegrown tech talent so companies like Revolut have to look outside the UK as they grow; Storonsky said, “We need to apply pressure on the UK government to introduce fast track visas for technology professionals, particularly in the areas of software development and data science”.
