Revolut’s CFO Has Resigned Amid Challenges for the Company
Peter O’Higgins, who had been the CFO for Revolut since 2016, resigned last month from the fast growing fintech; this departure comes amid growing challenges for Revolut as they deal with anti money laundering issues, an investigation over a recent ad campaign, a parliamentary probe in Lithuania and high staff turnover; Revolut stressed this resignation had nothing to do with recent compliance issues; CEO Nikolay Storonsky said, “As someone who has worked side by side with Peter for almost three years, he has been absolutely pivotal to our success, and I cannot begin to express my gratitude for his commitment, enthusiasm and accomplishments to date.” Source.
