The three executives leaving the company include marketing chief Joanne Bradford, head of risk Kevin Moss and capital markets exec Ashish Jain; all three have been with SoFi prior to Anthony Noto becoming CEO in 2018; a SoFi spokesman responded to the news stating that the company has hired 12 new executives in the past year and continues to bring in industry-best talent to the company; the WSJ highlights recent challenges for the company including higher interest rates and less lending volume; however a Q1 letter to shareholders highlighted that SoFi was posting higher volumes and revenue compared with the prior quarter for the first time in a year; SoFi’s recent fundraising round of $500 million valued the company at the same valuation as in 2017.
