In honor of Veterans Day Prosper is running a promotion right now for veterans who are looking to take out a loan.
Here is the deal. For any veteran or active duty military personnel who successfully take out a loan on Prosper between now and November 15th (next Tuesday) Prosper will do two things:
1. Make the second payment on the loan up to a value of $250.
2. Donate $50 to the National Military Family Association.
There is fine print, of course. Basically, you need to have a valid military id and not have posted a loan on Prosper in the last 30 days. All the details are on this page.
