After several unsuccessful attempts at the creation of a bitcoin ETF, SEC Commissioner Robert J Jackson Jr. said in an interview this about the possibility: “Eventually, do I think someone will satisfy the standards that we’ve laid out there? I hope so, yes, and I think so.”; the SEC has rejected at least 10 such proposals to date but more companies keep trying; last month Bitwise Asset Management announced its plan to launch a bitcoin ETF.
