Social Investing Drives Millennial Wealth Management

According to a survey by Bank of America 77 percent of high net worth millennials own or are interested in impact investments; in response to this there has been a batch of startups looking to capitalize on this trend; apps like Stash, Swell, OpenInvest and more have targeted their offerings to these young investors; investors are given different options, separately managed accounts or ETFs to invest in different causes; the trend towards more socially responsible investing is also catching on amongst traditional wealth managers, some of who have been offering investments like this for year.
