AltFi takes a look at how the digital banks are hiring as many of the top names have all raised significant rounds in the last year and are looking to grow their firms to scale; Monzo, Starling Bank, Revolut, N26 and Monese all have more than 200 employees with N26 topping 1,000 and Revolut on their way to 1,000 soon; the average tenure for a worker is around 1 year, some of the numbers are a bit skewed with a big jump in hiring the last few years and so most employees are fairly new; according to job posting sites and LinkedIn there are more than 500 current positions open at these 5 digital banks showing that the trend in hiring will continue as the startups eye new markets.
