The new facility will allow Fundation to extend credit to more small businesses and is the latest example of a bank/fintech partnership; Fundation currently offers loans through partnerships with banks and other financial institutions including Regions Bank, Citizens Bank, the BancAlliance network of community banks, and the Minority Business Development Agency among others; the company is majority owned by Garrison Investment Group; Fundation has previously secured credit facilities with Goldman Sachs and MidCap Financial.
