Jumo Raises $55 Million Round

Jumo is a South African fintech company based in Cape Town; the company offers a technology stack for others to build savings, lending or insurance products for the emerging markets; the company last raised $52 million in 2018, which was led by Goldman Sachs; with the fresh round of funding Jumo plans to move into more markets and launch new products in both Asia and Africa; they are currently active in six markets including Ghana, Kenya, Pakistan, Tanzania, Uganda, and Zambia.
