LendIt-Europe-2015-launch

The second annual LendIt Europe conference is now open for registration. It will take place on October 20-21 in London at the Hilton Metropole. Last year’s conference was a big success and we expect our 2015 event to be bigger and better. We opened LendIt Europe 2015 for registration last night.

Like last year we expect all the leading p2p lenders across Europe to be there and we are also working on some big names in UK government and business. This year, we are partnering with the UK P2P Finance Association and we will be hosting a special P2PFA Summit @ LendIt as day two of LendIt Europe.

As with all LendIt events we will be kicking everything off with a pre-conference cocktail party on the night before the main event. This year it will be held October 19 at the Landmark Hotel.

We are still putting the preliminary agenda together but we have a range of topics that we know we will be discussing. We will be digging in to the new UK regulations that are now in place, discussing the impact of a P2P lending ISA, the unique banking relationships in the UK, the investment opportunities across Europe and much more. We expect to have a few surprises for everyone as well. A full preliminary agenda will be available shortly.

Lend Academy Readers Receive a 15% Discount on Registration

As always with LendIt conferences Lend Academy readers receive a special discount. Just enter the code LENDACADEMYVIP into the discount field at checkout for a 15% discount off admission. Early bird pricing of £495 will be in place until July 31st, so Lend Academy readers will pay around £420 (plus VAT) until then. After July 31st the price goes up to £895 so it pays to be quick.

Like previous LendIt conferences we intend to broadcast LendIt Europe live online so people will be able to watch the main sessions from anywhere in the world. And we will provide edited videos for everyone shortly after the event. Speaking of videos, you can watch all the main sessions and company demos from our LendIt Europe 2014 event here.

We had almost 500 people attend our first LendIt Europe event last year and this year we are expecting between 750 and 1,000 people. Like last year we expect it to be the largest p2p lending event in Europe this year. I hope to see many Lend Academy readers there. Registration is now open.
