After seeing more than 25 percent growth of mobile users in 2017 Citi’s mobile banking app is now poised to add innovative features to stay ahead; they are looking to launch smart statements, voice enabled search with Siri and financial education in the near future; the bank did say they are looking to be mindful of finding the right balance with their features to avoid information overload.
