Leading UK digital bank, Revolut, is bringing its open banking data aggregation feature to its one million Irish customers; the new service was built with the help of TrueLayer’s financial API which allows information from Irish banks to be quickly and securely integrated; most of the major Irish banks are supported including Bank of Ireland, AIB, Ulster Bank and Permanent TSB; the CEO of TrueLayer, Francesco Simoneschi, said, “Our Open Banking platform will provide Revolut’s customers with a much more comprehensive view of their finances, allowing them to exert greater control and oversight.” AltFi
