Dynamic Credit is an asset manager that started in New York but has strong European ties; they have launched their new Diversified Loan Fund with seed investments from Dutch and German institutional investors; they have already deployed money into US consumer loans originated by LendingClub and Prosper; while it is not a Covid fund specifically it will be taking advantage of opportunities to buy portfolios of performing loans from distressed sellers; offered in both US dollars and Euros the fund seeks to deliver returns in the five to seven percent range; Matt Kus, Director of Business Development at Dynamic Credit said, “We are very confident that this strategy, as we’ve developed it, is going to allow us to deliver stable returns through this turmoil because of that intense quantitative, focused on active selection”.
