3. Editorial Review & Publication Rights

  • Press release submissions are not automatically published. Fintech Nexus reserves the right to reject, edit, or remove any press release at its sole discretion, with or without explanation.

TechWire Content Guidelines

To ensure quality and credibility, all press releases submitted to the Fintech Nexus TechWire must follow these guidelines.

1. General Requirements

  • Content must be newsworthy, accurate, and relevant to the fintech industry.
  • Press releases should be written in a professional, journalistic style (not a blog post, sales pitch, or opinion piece).
  • The recommended length is 400–800 words.

2. Headline & Formatting

  • The headline should be clear and factual, not clickbait or exaggerated marketing claims.
  • Include a dateline (City, State, Date) at the start of the release.
  • Use proper grammar, punctuation, and spelling. Poorly written submissions may be rejected.

3. Acceptable & Unacceptable Content

Acceptable:

  • Company announcements (e.g., product launches, partnerships, funding rounds).
  • Regulatory updates or industry research findings.
  • Executive appointments and key leadership changes.

Unacceptable:

  • Advertorials, promotional content, or excessive self-promotion.
  • Unverified claims (e.g., “the best fintech solution on the market”).
  • AI-generated content that has not been reviewed and edited by a human.
  • Press releases that violate financial compliance rules (e.g., unverified investment opportunities, misleading financial projections).

4. Links & Multimedia

  • A maximum of two links is recommended per press release (one in the body, one in the boilerplate) to maintain readability and credibility.
  • If additional links are needed for source citations, regulatory references, or essential supporting information, they may be allowed on a case-by-case basis.
  • Links must be relevant and must not lead to spam, gated content, or unrelated promotional material.
  • Logos, images, and videos can be included but must be high-quality and legally owned.

5. Review Process

  • Submissions are reviewed as quickly as possible, but processing times may vary.
  • Fintech Nexus reserves the right to reject or edit press releases to meet editorial and compliance standards.
  • If a press release is rejected, Fintech Nexus is not obligated to provide detailed feedback.

6. Compliance & Legal Requirements

  • All submitted press releases are considered ready for public distribution at the scheduled time and upon approval.
  • Do not include confidential, off-the-record, or unintended embargoed information in your submission.
  • All content must comply with applicable financial, advertising, and consumer protection regulations.
  • If your press release contains financial claims (e.g., investment opportunities, stock performance), ensure that all required disclosures are included.

By submitting a press release, You acknowledge and agree to follow these guidelines.
